Speed Doesn’t Equal Stability
As we approach a brand new season that is already feeling fast and furious with Aries energy, how can we cultivate space to align to the best version of ourselves? The speed in which the world is moving can bring chaos as well as a new awareness of what is no longer in full alignment with our soul anymore. Can we take the steps needed to not only hold awareness but slow down enough to see what actions we can take to solidify stability into our foundations? Take moments to breathe, and check in with yourself. Ask your heart if what you have been choosing is feeling more like a chore instead of nourishing. We can so easily become swept away with life responsibilities and tasks that we often ignore the nudges within to slow down, and choose to create peace. This season is about fully allowing transformation with a healthy dose of objective observation and regulating the nervous system.
Allow vs. Force
When we allow and trust that our path is unfolding, we can more easily attract our manifestations. Letting go of control and needing to fix or force a result can greatly improve the end result and outcome. Where do we tend to overthink a situation? Can we use our heart to feel into an experience or choice instead? This simple swap is purely a way to retrain ourselves to become more aware where we are causing more resistance in our path versus calm alignment. Choose one place in your life you can let go of more control and begin receiving from an open heart. We can allow more abundance in more easily when we are not gripping too tightly. Remind yourself that your worth is not dependent on productivity or speed. You are always worthy to receive no matter what is accomplished. It’s simply your birthright!
Regulate and Release
When we are fully regulated and not operating from a place of overwhelm, burnout, and stress, we can not only make better decisions but also create lasting stability. Think of regulation not as a quick fix but instead a lifestyle mindset shift that is lifelong. Start by placing feet flat on the earth and speak gratitude from the heart. This helps us declutter the mind and reset the brain into coherence. Practice saying no where you used to say yes. Place boundaries where needed and speak up for your needs. Release old patterns of obligation and choose to nurture yourself so you can hold your center no matter what comes your way. Life is not a race. Your journey is sacred. Choosing self-love and grace as well as practicing alignment and regulation can help us navigate challenges with ease and build our foundation to last for the long term. Embody the spring season to choose less rushing and more time in stillness. Clarity can only arrive in the heart when we are quiet enough to listen fully. Be ready to receive abundant blessings, friends – there will be many blooms ready to enjoy along the path!
